PERSONALISED/GLOVE ID ORDERS

An additional 3-5 working days are to be allowed for delivery of gloves with personalised printing.

REFUND POLICY

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product is still sealed and in original packaging
• The product has not been used or worn
• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
• The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

RETURNS POLICY

Terms & conditions of returns:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
• Products must be returned in original condition & packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

• Shipping costs
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed
• Gloves with Glove ID (unless the glove has a genuine defect or fault upon arrival)
• Products returned after 30 days since purchase
• Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface and much more (please see our glove care page HERE for more information)
• Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with the glove care instructions on the packaging

CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

The customer is liable for all duties that maybe charged upon ordering from outside of the USA. If your order is returned due to duties not being paid the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you are unsure on ordering from outside of the USA please contact support@theoneglove.us

RETURNS ADDRESS

Please ensure you fill out the form that accompanied your order and include it with your return. If you have lost this form, you can download and print using the link here. We recommend using a tracked service when making a return to us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be actioned in the event of non-receipt at our returns department.
